Replaced analogue control communication with a centralized IP-based TCCS: the DRM office at Katihar runs four independent control boards — Katihar, New Jalpaiguri, Barsoi, and Malda Town — with every station master on a Grandstream IP phone over the optical fiber ring, plus centralized voice logging.
